So.. after Hi5, Friendster and Myspace, then it's the Facebook's turn to gatecrashing our cyberworld. One of my friend, Daniel 'Crazy' Gomez initiated me to join this highly popular (if not, highly confusing) social networking site. Ok, all seems to be ok and interesting and off I went, saying "YES" to the invitation.
browsing through, i found it interesting, fresh and guaranteed you zillions of "friends" so to speak. However, there is also a set back (at least for me-lah) all those itty bitty features really make my brain doing rollercoaster spins and i have no idea on how to respond 'Properly' to those "Requests" and I found myself clicking "YES' to every request/invitation, but honestly I don't even have any idea on what I've been agreeing to hahahah...(ok, am laughing to myself) and most of the time, i just gave up "YES-ing"
Truthfully, i am hopeless when it comes to techie matters, hah!
having Hi5 and Myspace accounts? Guilty as charged! However, I ditched them after getting so many 'friend requests' from kinky and sex-crazed men. My inbox (especially Myspace) was swollen with dirty pictures, mostly of male privates! I also hate to read messages typed in "overly creative" letters like this "HoW aRE YoU" bloody hell, can people just type it properly? it annoyed the hell out of me and giving you crossed-eye! If and when I want to get creative, might as well do it in bed!
so, now i am experimenting with this facebook thingy. yes, i am a confused member but i'd give it a try, for now....

Winter Wandering: Switzerland & Italy, Dec 2007
For as long as I'm breathing, this would be my most memorable journey ever. I used to dream of travelling but I never could ever imagine that I would be travelling this far. The opportunity came knocking when my friend asked me to join her in a fully-sponsored trip! My jaw was dropping and I was like, are you kidding now? No, no, can you pinch me? Are you serious?
Well now, here are the answers and pictures from my last sojourn in Europe. Mind you, they're all of poor quality and grey, devoid of lively color (taken with my camera phone). Ah...the other are still in the memory card (digicam) and am too lazy to burn 'em into another CD hahaha

Bonjour, Guttentag & Bonjorno!
Dec 2007? what a month! i mean, an exciting month. I closed my 2007 diary by visiting switzerland and venice....swell! Wow, it was damn cold over there but the visit was worthwhile.
I went to Geneva (loved this little swiss french city!) the women are gorgeous, really! Next up, went to Luzern, Grindelwald (it was snowing that day!), Interlaken Ost and Engelberg (the language spoken is german-swiss). I went all the way up to Mount Titlis, Engelberg. Gosh, it's freezing up there.
next, we boarded the train (Trenitalia) to Venice (Bonjorno!). I've always been wanting to visit Venice and seeing it with my very own eyes for the first time, the feeling was kinda surreal! first thing came to my mind? it's romantic, romantic and ROMANTIC! Venetians, especially the men....wow! tall, dark and handsome? yup...they really are! Maybe, one day i'll be visiting Venice again (when the weather is warmer, say, in the summertime) I fell in love with the city!
i left Venice (after 3 nights and 2 days visit) and continued my journey to Zurich. It was still cold but I savoured every moments of it. Of course, the city itself is a haven for shopping!
i left Zurich for KL, 2 days afterward. Which city i love the most? Venice and Geneva, no questions on that :-) Oh....what a feeling!
